Aged in oak, it delivers a smooth, full-bodied palate with notes of ripe red fruit, vanilla, and a hint of earthiness. Perfect with grilled meats, pasta, and aged cheeses.

Sourced from the rolling hills of Asti in Piedmont, Italy, the vineyards are rooted in clay-limestone soils with excellent sun exposure. The region’s temperate continental climate—with warm days and cool nights—helps develop balanced acidity and rich fruit concentration, ideal for Barbera grapes.

This wine pours a deep ruby-red and greets the nose with aromas of ripe cherries, dark berries, and delicate oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with juicy red fruit, balanced acidity, and soft tannins. The oak aging adds warmth and complexity, leading to a long, velvety finish.

The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural freshness. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, enhancing its structure and adding subtle notes of spice and vanilla. Serving temperature: 16–18°C (60–64°F).
