Le Secret is a wine produced in very small quantities (2000 bottles in
2020). The grapes : Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Rolle and
Clairette are vinified and aged in barrels on fine lees. In total, the wine
will have lived 6 months in French oak barrels.
