Pralis Paladin

Pralis by Paladin shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. It offers aromas of white peach, citrus, and flowers. On the palate, it’s smooth, fresh, and slightly sweet, with a pleasant mineral finish. Serve at 8°C.

The grapes are cultivated in select vineyards across northeastern Italy, where the soil is rich in minerals and the climate is balanced—cooler areas for Chardonnay and sunnier spots for Sauvignon. This variation enhances both freshness and aromatic richness.

Bright straw yellow with golden highlights, Pralis offers aromas of white peach, citrus, and light florals. The palate is smooth, fresh, and slightly sweet, with a lingering mineral note and elegant finish.

Chardonnay and Sauvignon are harvested and vinified separately. Chardonnay undergoes slow, low-temperature fermentation to preserve freshness and minerality. Sauvignon is aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks after fermentation, adding depth and softness to the final blend.

Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs beautifully with cured hams, seafood, delicate risottos, and blue cheeses.
