The Hahnenberg means the "Rooster moutain". Granitic and calcareous soil

Appearance: Pale yellow with green glints, sensation of youth and density

Nose: This cuvée has a nice aromatic presence based on the leechy and the rose. We also can feel some white pepper aromas and some other exotic fruits like mango or passion fruit. Palate: The spicy side of the aromas (white pepper, clove) are revealed in the palate and blended with exotic fruits and some rose touch. This cuvée is ended on a nice minerality.

Sweetness: Medium-dry Wine

Manual harvest with sorting. 

Vatting for an average of 30 days to preserve the fruitiness and aromatic  

freshness of the grapes. 

Devatting ordered by tasting then ageing in barrels of 1 to 3 wines for 12 months  

in the cellars of the Château.
