Paladin Prosecco DOC Millesimato Brut Rosé

Harvested from select vineyards in Veneto, the grapes thrive in mineral-rich soils and a climate that brings balance and freshness. The early picking of Pinot Nero preserves acidity, while low yields ensure concentrated flavors and aromatic intensity.

Pale pink in color with elegant perlage, the wine reveals inviting aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, pomegranate, mint, and soft peach. The palate is crisp, floral, and well-balanced, with a savory finish that lingers.

Serve well chilled at 6–8°C.

Pinot Nero is gently macerated for two days to extract delicate color and fragrance. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures to retain fresh, fruity notes. During the second fermentation, a portion of Glera must is added to boost aromatic lift and brightness. The long Charmat process—lasting over 60 days with regular lees stirring—creates a refined and persistent sparkle.

Versatile and lively, this rosé pairs beautifully with charcuterie, seafood starters, grilled veggies, and light pasta dishes. It’s also a delightful aperitif for sharing among friends or marking special occasions.
