“Wine & Art” is a refined red wine crafted from 100% Malbech grapes, carefully harvested by hand. Rich, expressive, and well-structured, it is a tribute to both winemaking and creativity, symbolized by the silver label designed by renowned artist Giorgio Celiberti. The wine is bold yet elegant, offering a deep sensory experience with every sip.

The Malbech grapes come from Paladin’s vineyards in the Veneto region, where the clay and limestone soils, along with the temperate climate, provide ideal conditions for slow ripening. This helps develop the grape's signature richness and depth while retaining a balanced freshness.

A deep ruby red with garnet hues over time, this Malbech opens with ripe fruit notes that evolve into a bouquet of spices, tobacco, and a touch of oak. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and velvety, with a long and satisfying finish. Well-balanced acidity and smooth tannins make it both powerful and elegant.

After careful selection, the grapes undergo maceration for 10–13 days to extract color, flavor, and tannins. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by six months in Allier oak, which adds finesse and complexity. This slow aging process allows the wine to evolve, soften, and gain aromatic layers before bottling.

Ideal with roasted red meats, wild game, and aged cheeses. Its richness and structure also make it a great companion for hearty stews or a charcuterie board.
