Château Majoureau – Côtes de Bordeaux Saint-Macaire Sec is a dry white wine made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon. Grown on sun-drenched slopes with clay-limestone and gravel soils, the grapes are carefully vinified with cold maceration and fermented at low temperatures. The wine is aged on lees for four months, resulting in a fresh, aromatic profile with notes of citrus, white flowers, and passionfruit. Crisp and lively on the palate, it pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, or light appetizers. This wine reflects both tradition and purity, crafted sustainably by the Delong family.
